At each stage of your order, you will receive a short email informing
you of the progress of your delivery: Once your order has been
validated, it goes “in preparation”. Ready for shipping, we entrust it
to Collisimo (La Poste) for France or DHL Express for international
orders and send you an email indicating the tracking number. Thanks to
the parcel pick-up email from La Poste or DHL, you can schedule the
day and time of your delivery or change your contact details. Please
allow at least one business day after your order ships for tracking
information to appear online. If they are not updated online and the
expected delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service
so we can assist you.
You pay for your order including VAT (taxes included) and we cover
customs costs for France delivery. Shipping fee for international
delivery is 35€.
