The brand

Parisianist is a Paris-based ready-to-wear brand for men and women, founded by Rare Chandelier. The brand explores a restrained vision of Paris, where clothing becomes a discipline rather than a spectacle. Rooted in fashion, art and music, Parisianist evolves at the intersection of cultural rigor and contemporary expression. Each collection reflects a dialogue between structure and sensitivity, elegance and restraint.

The name

Parisianist takes its name from “Parisianism”, a term historically associated with the singularity of Parisian culture. Rather than folklore or nostalgia, the brand embraces Paris as a system of values: precision, selection and cultural authority. The name was also inspired by the title of the film Playtime, one of his greatest cinematic influences. As Jacques Tati once said, 'In modern Parisian life, using English words to market a product has become the height of chic.'" Parisianist considers Paris not as an image, but as a language — reduced to its essentials.

The aesthetic

The silhouette is clean, deliberate and uncompromising. Cuts are precise, materials are carefully selected, and each piece is designed to endure both in time and in use. Parisianist proposes a modern uniform: understated, structured and quietly confident — conceived for everyday life as well as for moments of significance.

The universe

The brand draws from the cultural heritage of Paris: cinema, architecture, photography and music. Rather than quotation, Parisianist favors interpretation — transforming references into attitude. Each campaign reflects a poetic yet controlled vision, where images serve meaning rather than decoration.

The vision

Parisianist positions itself as a contemporary expression of French aesthetics and savoir-faire on an international scale. Through time, discipline and consistency, the brand intends to establish itself as a lasting presence within the landscape of luxury ready-to-wear.
